Buchan Pottery Backstamp

Following are pictures of My new passion,Buchan Thistle Pottery from Scotland. "Thanks" to T-bird, I was able to locate bath products from "GILCHRIST & SOAMES",an old English based company, who now has a store here in the states that sells the products. I will be putting a gift pack of the Saomes & Gilchrist in each room for my Gilchrist family reunion next year.

A picture of my oldest Granddaughter,Kayleen, with Timothy Flannery, one of the lead dancers of Gaelforce Dance, from Dublin,Ireland. We all went & saw Gaelforce preform at Laughlin,Nev., over Father's Day weekend.

Enjoy,Kathleen

Little Diva's Fashion show:-)

This was an all girls weekend at Grandma's house. My 2 Granddaughter's,their cousin,(in Red),& 2 friends spent Friday & Sat. night. Dad & Mom slipped away to Las Vegas for some quality, one & one, time together. Saturday morning was spent going over to Laughlin to see Fantasia 2000. We then had to make a McDonald's stop for a snack & Teenie Beanies. In the arternoon we all gathered in the kitchen to make cookies. While the cookies were cooling the girls played in the back bedroom which is all set up with dress up clothes, hats, jewerly, gloves, shoes & all accessories that little girls love to use for dress up. Grandma helped with the makeup & nails. Also getting her hair done & a nail polish by the girls. We than had an afternoon tea with my Chatty Cathy Dolls. A fun time was had by all & at 1:00pm today parents, arrived to pick up the 5 little Diva's who had a most fun time changing clothes....I LOST TRACK....of how many times.

GRANDDAUGHTERS ARE SO MUCH FUN :-)
